Flat Rate Pylon and Monument Sign*
$150 up to 12’h x 12’w $180 up to 20’h x 16’w
Wall Sign $120
Engineering for attachment of up to 100 sq.ft. wall sign flat on building wall less than 40’ above grade. Wall sign must be designed by sign manufacturer to meet code. Channel letters, pin letters, box cabinet, or raceway is attached to wall structural members with code approved fasteners. This engineering sheet provides a table of fasteners for the installer to pick from based on the wall type. Evenly spaced fasteners spread wall sign wind load over the wall like it was siding.
Standard Pylon and Monument Sign
*Engineering for foundation and direct embed 1 or 2 support column for pylon or monument sign. Sign cabinet and face must be designed by manufacturer to meet code. This engineering sheet provides drilled shaft, cube, and spread foundation for the installer to pick from and 3 optional column size / grade.

TableCMU Masonry Monument: $300*
Engineering for foundation and freestanding CMU wall for masonry monument sign up to 8’ tall x12’ wide. Any cabinet attached to CMU wall must be designed by manufacturer to meet code. If brick veneer is tied to a metal frame cabinet supported by metal column, see monument sign price.
Blade Sign $340
Engineering for attachment of up to 50 sq.ft. blade sign projecting less than 4’ from building wall less than 40’ above grade. Blade sign must be designed by sign manufacturer to meet code. This engineering sheet specifies base plate, support columns, and fasteners to attach blade sign to building structure which sign installer must verify can support added blade sign wind load. The building engineer may need to add structural members to support blade signs.
Fabric Awning $240
Engineering for attachment of up to 6’ height, 4’ projection, 12’ wide removable fabric metal frame awnings. Awning must be designed by Awning manufacturer to meet code. This engineering sheet provides a table of fasteners for the installer to pick from based on the wall type. Fasteners are evenly spaced along top and bottom frame bar at wall.
Lightpole $150
Engineering for foundation for direct embed lightpole up to 30’ height, 15 EPA. Light pole and fixture must be designed by manufacturer to meet code.
Flagpole $150
Engineering for foundation for direct embed flagpole up to 30’ height. Light pole and fixture must be designed by manufacturer to meet code.

- The above pricing is typical. Exact price will be shown on Epay invoice or quote.
- Normally engineering is for column and foundation only or attachment only for wall signs. Cabinet and face are to be engineered and built to meet code by manufacturer.
- Large Sign, Roof Sign, Ceiling Sign, Large Awning, Heavy or Louvered Awnings, and rush jobs will be priced on a case by case basis. Please email for pricing.
- Duplicate Sign Discount: Signs same type, size, and location are priced at 75% for the first duplicate, and 50% for each duplicate thereafter.
